Our Childcare and Education qualification is an excellent opportunity for students wanting to develop skills to work with young children or generally develop their knowledge and understanding of growth and development over time.

The Dinnington High School childcare qualifications offer a broad range of vocational opportunities for our students, for example many of our students will spend time in childcare settings working under supervision with children and their families in a variety of surroundings. Many of our childcare students spend work experience days at regional universities to ensure that our student maintain high aspirations and realise that hard work will give them the opportunity to study at university.

Childcare at Dinnington High School is a practical, hands-on subject were the curriculum is kept alive and exciting by a broad range of teaching techniques.
