Welcome to our website. We are delighted to welcome all our students back to school.
We are incredibly proud of all that our students achieved during lockdown. For a flavour of their achievements, please have a look at the past editions of the newsletter which can be found here. You can also pop into Facebook and Twitter to look back through the many photos we’ve posted.
We have done lots of work in school to ensure that students and staff remain safe and well. This includes identifying areas of the school for each year group, staggered breaks and lunches, different entrances for each year group, new cleaning regimes, one way systems for students and staff around school and sanitisers in each room. This is by no means a complete list, rather a flavour so you see how much we are doing to keep everyone safe and well. Parents and carers have each received a guide detailing all the changes we have made for our return to full time school.
Huge thanks to all our parents and carers who have supported our students with their home schooling; we have been giving out lots of excellence points and golden tickets for the amazing work completed at home. We know that our students will continue to demonstrate the same level of commitment to their studies now they are back at school; we can’t wait to see what they will achieve this year.
If you’re not a current parent or carer but want to find out more please look around our website. Our prospectuses are at the bottom of this page. You can also email info@dinningtonhigh.co.uk or call 01909 550066 and one of us will get back to you; we can arrange some visits to school. If you are looking for a job, our vacancies are at the bottom of this page too.
At our heart is The Dinnington Way: Kindness, Respect, Excellence. We are so proud that our students have shown these values at home during lockdown and know they will continue to do so on their return to school.
